“Srinagar Law Journal” (ISSN 2278-8018), is a journal containing case laws of J&K High court and Supreme Court on different subjects particularly Service Law, Administrative Law, Constitutional Law, Civil, Criminal and Revenue Law, Accident Claims, Tax law etc.
The journal (Biannual), which is now in its 38th year of publication since 1979, serves as an important reference tool to identify, retrieve and document important cases and decisions of J&K High Court and Supreme Court. It also catalogs important Statutes issued by various Statutory bodies of the State and the country and their amendments/modifications/revisions, if any. It has also a section of select papers discussing current and burning themes triggering state and national law and society.
The journal has become an important part of the academic, research libraries of the country in general and the State of J&K, in particular, to help both general and specialized users to pursue his/her studies and research on different aspects of society and Law. It has been found useful by different sections of the society and hence is being acquired by Law Institutes, members of the bar and bench beside Students etc.
“Assentinum” is a bi-annual, Double-Blind, Peer Reviewed Journal platform for publication of research work in the arena of Law. Assentinum has not been sponsored by or affiliated with any university or institution. It is an independent platform, initiated privately by Srinagar Law Journal Publications. The journal is published biannually.
Assentium invites scholarly articles, research papers, case comments on recent decisions by courts, short notes, and legislative analysis from students, members of bar and bench as well as from those interested or related to law.
Research papers, articles, case comments, reviews are invited for publication in Issue 2 of Volume 1 (2018) of Assentinum.
