Amity Law school is located in Sector 125, Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The campus is located in a prime business district. It is close to all the basic amenities and easily accessible by metro. The nearest Metro station to campus in sector 125 is Noida Sector 18 or Botanical Garden. There are also a lot of PGs available for students around it.
Amity Law School, Noida has a sprawling 60 acres’ campus. It is a pollution-free campus has been designed to complement the international curriculum and has the optimum environment for 21st-century education. There is copious open space which provides calm reflection.
Amity provides well-furnished hostel facility. It has both the option of AC and Non Ac. Fees for Ac hostel is 150000/- and for Non Ac it is 80000/- per annum.
Faculty and Academics
- We have classes from 8.20 am to 4.30 pm from Monday to Friday and Saturday is off.
- The faculty is very good. We have well-qualified faculty. Everyone is very good at teaching. They are always ready to help and answer our queries.
- We have semester system with about 5 – 6 subjects in each semester.
- If we see evaluation method then 70 marks are from written exams and 20 marks from assignments and presentation and 10 marks are from internal assessment examination.
Administration and fees structure
The administration is efficient and strictly follows the rules and procedures set by the university. It is monotonous at times to provide an application for the smallest of jobs. However, it helps to grow a professional behavior in you from the very start.
Refer to website. It is around 1.20 Lakhs per semester. Fee to study in Amity is high. Every semester you need an investment of about Rs 1 lakh because you pay fees semester wise which increases yearly.
Amity Noida campus has the individual cafeteria for each and every block. It provides healthy food with reasonable price. I can’t guarantee about the taste but hygiene is maintained all the times.
Student and cultural activities
We have loads of cultural activities. Such as sports events, moots, mock trials. Amity youth fest and sangathan are the best.
It is one of the topmost colleges of India, being consistently ranked in the top 10 private colleges of India. Placement is decent but you have to score above 7 CGPA to grab a job.
Best things about the law school
The Law School encourages you to participate in moots and other academic as well as co-curricular and sports. The faculty really works hard to organize activities as well as for teaching. Provide us study materials whenever required.
Bad thing about the law school
The tedious procedures that need to be followed to get any job done. The emphasis is given to 75% attendance. Amity is pretty famous for its strict curriculum regarding attendance.
