Infrastructure

Being an old college, the infrastructure of the college is pretty old and outdated. However, it is spacious enough to accommodate all the students. Apart from this, there is now a new faculty of law building situated adjacent to Faculty of Arts which is very spacious with the best facilities available.

Hostel Facilities

Though CLC doesn’t have a hostel of its own but there are a number of options available in the north campus itself like Meghdoot hostel, University hostel for Women, Mansarover hostel, Rajiv Gandhi hostel etc. which are all maintained by Delhi University. Apart from this there a lot of PG and flat options available in near vicinity in Kamla Nagar, Vijay Nagar, and other adjoining places.

Faculty And  Academics

Campus Law Centre has long been known for the quality of its teaching faculty. Renowned academicians who have taught at CLC are Prof. Upendra Baxi, Prof. N.R. Madhava Menon, Prof. M.P. Singh, Prof. B.B. Pandey, Prof. A.K. Koul, Prof. S.K. Gupta to name a few.

Teaching quality is best in CLC as is evident from the large number of students making their mark in renowned institutions like Supreme Court, High Court, Quasi-judicial bodies, Ministry, etc. apart from securing admissions in renowned Universities like Oxford university.

Fee Structure

CLC is the cheapest law school one can ever find in this country. It charges a mere 5000 rupees for a year. Apart from this one needs to fill examination form in each semester which costs around Rs.2000 which includes the cost of case material which the University provides. Best quality at cheap price in what CLC offers.

Cafeteria

CLC lacks considerably when it comes to cafeteria. It has just a small canteen which is akin to a shack with not many options available. However, one can take a walk to other college canteen for cheap food and also to Kamla Nagar or Hudson lane area which has a large variety of restaurants.

Student Activities

The Moot Court Society, which organizes the famous K.K. Luthra Memorial International Moot Court Competition, the Seminar and Discussion Society and the Legal Aid Society are have continuously contributed to the over-all skill development of the students at CLC.

Placements

The Placement Assistance Council (PAC) is yet another student body which, over the years, has helped getting students placed with independent litigators, NGOs top law firms and corporate houses like Amarchand Mangaldas, Wipro, PWC, Ernst & Young, Airtel, HDFC to name a few.

Best Things

From teachers to academics, to facilities, to placements, CLC is the best and only one of its kind. If you manage to get there, there definitely a bright future is waiting for you.

Worst Things

CLC is often surrounded by controversies of one kind of another. But this has not lowered the dignity of the institution in any way. College life is boring without some masala in it!!
