Curbing Consumption of Harmful Substances through Legal Mechanisms

  1. The competition is open for LLB and LLM students of all law colleges/departments of law of all universities. 2. Only original and analytical essays (which do not involve

  2. Only original and analytical essays (which do not involve mere paraphrased collection of existing legal provisions and cases etc) that have not been published or have not been accepted for publication should be mailed to sacj@nujs.edu. Plagiarism of any kind shall result in disqualification.

  3. No identification marks must be found in any part of the essay.

  4. Co-authorship to a maximum of two authors is permitted.

  5. The essay must be type-written in font size 12 in Garamond with 1.5 line spacing and justified in MS Word format.

  6. The essay must comprise not less than 3000 words and not more than 5000 words excluding footnotes.

  7. Footnoting must uniformly conform to citation style SILC (http://www.silcmanual.org/).
