Faculty of Law, SGT University is hosting Global Voices 2025, a two-day Model United Nations (MUN) conference on 8–9 December 2025 at its Gurugram campus. Designed for both school and university students, the conference aims to foster diplomacy, critical thinking, and global awareness by offering an immersive platform to experience the art of debate and international policy-making.

About the MUN

Global Voices 2025 is a two-day Model United Nations conference aimed at fostering diplomacy, critical thinking and global awareness among delegates. This MUN aims to nurture critical thinking, public speaking, research aptitude, leadership, and a spirit of global citizenship among young minds. Participants will represent various countries, deliberate on real-time global issues, and learn the value of consensus-building through negotiation and dialogue — mirroring authentic United Nations procedures.

The conference will feature two key committees-:

• United Nations General Assembly (UNGA)
• United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC)

Theme

The theme of this conference is "Promoting Peace and Protecting Human Rights in a Changing World", reflecting upon global challenges and the role of international co-operation.
