Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess:
- A Law Degree (LLB) from a recognised university.
- Recognition by the Bar Council of India.
- Candidates must also provide proof of law degree recognition.
Experience Requirement
Candidates must have:
- Minimum 3 years of practice as an advocate
The experience must be certified by:
- State Bar Council or
- Competent judicial authority
Age Limit
Age will be calculated as on 1 August 2025.
