Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

  • A Law Degree (LLB) from a recognised university.
  • Recognition by the Bar Council of India.

  • Minimum 3 years of practice as an advocate

The experience must be certified by:

  • State Bar Council or
  • Competent judicial authority
