This conference is being jointly organized by the Inter-University Centre For Intellectual Property Rights Studies (IUCIPRS) and the DPIIT-IPR Chair of the Cochin University Of Science And Technology (CUSAT).
About International Conference on IP - Limitations & the Way Forward
This conference provides a platform for interaction between the learners, teachers, practitioners and the various stakeholders interested in the utilization of Intellectual Properties for the development of our society. The following areas of IP have been identified as key areas for this conference:
- Literary and Artistic Works
- Technology and Innovation sectors
- Geographical Indications & Plant Variety protections
- Research Track for Research Scholars working in the area of IPR.
The invited speakers of this conference are eminent resource persons, who have achieved fame in the field of Intellectual Property. Their addresses too would be held in a blended mode and so both in-person and virtual deliberations are being followed.

Formal Registration Deadline: March 8, 2023
Spot Registrations are also permitted.
Registration Procedure
Those desirous of registering provisionally can fill out the Registration Form available at the official website. However, before their final presentation, the Transcript of the Oral Presentation needs to be submitted. For student participants alone, the in-person Registration Fee is Rs. 500/-(Five hundred rupees only), and the Online Registration Fee is Rs 250/-(Two hundred and fifty rupees only). For everybody else, the Registration Fee is Rs.2000/- (Two Thousand Rupees only).
The Registration Fees have to be paid through the following mode:
