FRIEDEN ADR Club and Centre of Excellence in ADR of ICFAI Law School Hyderabad in collaboration with Luthra & Luthra offices & IAMC Hyderabad, is organising Negotiation & Mediation Competition 2025, scheduled from 14th to 16th November 2025.

About the Institution

The ICFAI Law School is a constituent body of the IFHE and is recognized by the Bar Council of India. The ICFAI Law School Hyderabad offers a B.B.A. LL.B (Hons), B.A. LL.B (Hons) and B.A.J LL.B (Hons.) integrated five-year courses, One Year LLM in Corporate and Commercial Laws, Criminal Law, Tax Laws, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution. ICFAI Law School, IFHE, Hyderabad, has achieved significant recognition in various rankings.

About the Competition

The Negotiation and Mediation Competition, organized under the aegis of the FRIEDEN ADR Club at ICFAI Law School, Hyderabad, is designed to provide students with a practical platform to experience the essence of Alternative Dispute Resolution. This competition simulates real-world negotiation and mediation settings, allowing participants to assume the roles of clients, counsels, and mediators as they work toward resolving complex disputes collaboratively. The event emphasizes teamwork, communication, strategy, and empathy, skills that are critical for future legal professionals.

By engaging in this competition, students gain invaluable exposure to the dynamics of dispute settlement outside the courtroom, strengthening their ability to analyze issues, develop creative solutions, and advocate effectively in a non-adversarial environment. Through expert guidance, structured problem scenarios, and interactive sessions, the competition fosters experiential learning, ensuring that participants not only refine their advocacy but also embrace the spirit of dialogue and cooperation that lies at the heart of dispute resolution.

• ₹2,500 (excluding accommodation).
• The payment link or payment details shall be provided to the teams upon successful completion of the provisional registration process.
• Hostel Accommodation – ₹700 per person for a 3-day stay (14th to 16th November 2025).
