Sonepat, December 2025 — Dr. B. R. Ambedkar National Law University (DBRANLU), Sonepat, marked the conclusion of Samvidhaan Diwas 2025 with a valedictory ceremony and MoU signing event, organized as part of a grand National Legal Conclave from 22 November to 6 December 2025. The celebrations reflected more than seventy-five years of India’s constitutional journey and brought together some of the most respected minds in the field of law, governance and public policy.

Justice Moudgil’s Powerful Message on the Constitution

Hon’ble Mr. Justice Sandeep Moudgil, Judge of the Punjab & Haryana High Court, graced the event as the Chief Guest. In his deeply reflective address, he described the Indian Constitution not merely as a legal document, but as a vehicle of life, a guide that shapes the conscience of the nation. He called it the “holy book” for everyone associated with law and emphasised that politics and dharma are inseparable.

Justice Moudgil reminded students that deviation from dharma leads to moral, constitutional and institutional collapse and urged them to preserve the core values of justice, liberty and equality. As future custodians of the Constitution, he said, students hold the responsibility of ensuring that no authority places itself above constitutional discipline and accountability.

The ceremony was further enriched by the presence of Hon’ble Mr. Justice Deepak Manchanda, Judge, Punjab & Haryana High Court, who joined as Distinguished Guest of Honour. Prof. (Dr.) Raj Nehru, OSD to the Chief Minister of Haryana, also attended the event as Guest of Honour.
