Jabalpur, October 30 – Dharmashastra National Law University (DNLU), Jabalpur, successfully concluded the 3rd Edition of the DNLU Conclave 2025, a prestigious four-day event that brought together eminent figures from the legal profession, academia, and industry.
Organized by the Recruitment Coordination Committee (Batch of 2026) and the Internship Coordination Cell, the event was held under the guidance of Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) Manoj Kumar Sinha, Registrar and Dean of Student Welfare Dr. Praveen Tripathi, Faculty In-charge Mr. Shashank Pathak, and Assistant Registrar & Placement Officer Ms. Shruti Tiwari.
The conclave’s overarching vision was to bridge the gap between legal theory and practice, offering students an invaluable opportunity to engage directly with leading legal practitioners, scholars, and industry experts.
Day 1 Highlights: Insights into Hiring Trends and India’s Digital Sports Economy
The inaugural day of the DNLU Conclave 2025 featured a thought-provoking interactive session on “What HRs Look For: Insights on Hiring Skills and the Evolving World of Legal Careers,” led by Ms. Ankita Bharat Kumar, Chief Manager (HR) at King Stubb & Kasiva.
She shared deep insights into emerging recruitment trends in the legal industry, the skills top law firms seek, and strategies for young law graduates to excel in an increasingly competitive job market.
A compelling panel discussion on “Betting, Gaming, and Player Rights: Charting the Course of India’s Digital Sports Economy” followed, featuring distinguished speakers Ms. Athira T.S., Partner at King Stubb & Kasiva, and Mr. Abhinav Shrivastava, Partner at LawNK.
The experts explored India’s rapidly evolving gaming and sports law ecosystem, delving into regulatory frameworks, digital transformation, and the protection of player rights in the online sports economy.
Sessions were moderated by Mr. Siddharth Singh and Mr. Arjun Pandey, while Ms. Chanchal and Ms. Nupur served as the Masters of Ceremony for the day.

The DNLU Conclave 2025 featured seven technical panel discussions and twenty-six interactive sessions covering diverse legal domains — including corporate law, arbitration, dispute resolution, technology and IP law, constitutional law, and emerging career pathways in law.
