About the 1st ITM University Round Table Conference on The New Labour Codes: Promising Reforms
The Round Table Conference proposes to attempt a detailed deliberation on the new labour laws; The Code on Wages, 2019, The Industrial Relations Code, 2020, The Code on Social Security, 2020 and The Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020 with the objective of providing in-depth knowledge related to the provisions and to critically analyze them.
The conference also would attempt to foresee any issues and challenges which may appear once these Codes are enforced. The anticipated outcome of the Conference is to provide an answer to the issues and challenges which the Codes may encounter.
