About the Workshop
Drafting, pleading, and conveyancing are of great significance in the curriculum of any law school. Having a strong grasp of drafting is crucial to create legal documents that are clear, precise, and legally sound. This helps to avoid any possible conflicts or objections. In oral advocacy and courtroom proceedings, pleading plays a crucial role, highlighting the importance of thorough preparation and effective presentation of legal arguments. This workshop will add to the practical experience and aid in equipping students with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills essential for a lucrative career in law.
About the Institute
Alliance University is a Private University established in Karnataka by the State Act No.34 of year 2010. The University is jointly recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC), New Delhi, Bar Council of India (BCI) and the All-India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. The Alliance School of Law offers two five-year, integrated undergraduate courses in law, viz., Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Law Honors - B.A. LL. B. (Hons.), Bachelor of Law (LL.B.) that have been carefully crafted and designed to prepare its graduates for rewarding careers in various roles and responsibilities in legal service organizations. Alliance School of Law also offers a full-time, one-year Master of Law (LL. M.) degree.

Eligibility:
Students of any year from Five-year or Three-year LLB courses or LLM Courses from any college or university shall be eligible to participate in the event.
