About the Competition

The 12th Justice P.N. Bhagwati International Moot Court Competition on Human Rights Law pays tribute to the vision of (Late) Justice P.N. Bhagwati, former Chief Justice of India. Since its inception in 2011, the competition has gained global recognition, providing students with opportunities to delve into the complexities of International Human Rights Law and enhance their advocacy skills.

Eligibility

The Competition is open to all students, enrolled bona-fide on a regular basis in an Undergraduate Law Course or its equivalent conducted by any recognized College/ Institution/ University.

Registration Fee

  • Indian Teams: INR 5000.
  • Other Teams: INR 6500.

Accommodation, Food & Travel

The registration fee covers both lodging and meals. Accommodation shall be available to all participating teams from 20.03.2024 - 24.03.2024¬

  • Runner Up: INR 20,000 + Trophy.
  • Best Speaker: INR 5,000 + Trophy.
  • Best Memorial: INR 10,000 + Trophy.
  • Best Researcher: INR 5,000 + Trophy.
