About the Competition

This edition of the National Moot Court Competition at the School of Law, the NorthCap University features the republic of Tokugawa which has been classified as a developing country as per the various international organizations. The current government intends to accelerate infrastructure growth for which the various state governments are also promoting the same

Eligibility

Students pursuing their full-time 3-year LLB or 5-year LLB program (1 team per program per institute) from a university or Institute recognized by the Bar Council of India, are eligible to apply.

• Runners-up Team Award - Cash Prize of Rs. 10,000/- Along with Runner's-Up Trophy
• Best Mooter Male - Cash Prize of Rs. 5,000/- Along with memento
• Best Mooter Female-Cash Prize of Rs. 5,000/- Along with memento
• Best Memorial - Cash Prize of Rs. 5,000/- Along with memento
