About the Organisers
Marathwada Mitra Mandal, Pune as been established in the year 1967 under the endured Patronage of Hon'ble Late Shri. Shankarrao Chavan, Former Home Minister of India. With an object to edify value based Legal Education, the Trust started Law College with Five Years Law Course in the year June 2003 & Three Years Law Course in June 2004 and Five Years B.B.A., LL.B. Law Course in 2021. SPPU recognized our institute as a 'Ph.D. Research Center' in 2021. The “Late Justice P.B. Sawant Ninth National Moot Court Competition 2022-23” shall be held on 12th & 13th March, 2023 at Marathwada Mitra Mandal’s Shankarrao Chavan Law College, 202/A, Deccan Gymkhana, Pune.
Eligibility
Competition is restricted to undergraduate bonafide regular students of Law School/College/University. All participants must be students of Law Course either 3 or 5 years in the academic year 2022-23.

- Dates of Competition: 12th & 13th March, 2023
- Last date for Registration: 1st March, 2023
- Last date for Memorial Submission: 6th March, 2023
- Draw of Lots: 11th March, 2023
- Preliminary Round: 12th March, 2023
- Final Round & Prize Distribution: 13th March, 2023
Registration Procedure
Teams must register themselves latest by 1st March, 2023. The registration fee details (Screenshot/Receipt etc) and Registration Form duly signed by participants and the Principal of the concerned college with seal should be uploaded to https://forms.gle/n6vMdrKLZBtPAT1dA. Registration Link will be closed on 2nd March, 2022.

Each participant team shall pay a notional entry fee of Rs.1,000.00 (One Thousand only) by way of an Online Transfer in the account.
