About the University
National Law University Odisha (NLUO) is a public law school and a National Law University in India located at Cuttack, Odisha. It was established in 2008 (Act 4 of 2008) under the National Law University Odisha Act, commencing its first batch in July 2009. The institute offers undergraduate (integrated B.A./LL.B.), BBA/LL.B., and post-graduate courses (L.L.M, M.Phil., Ph.D.) in law. It is one of the 25 NLUs in the country.

This talk show is brought to you by LexTech – Centre for Law, Entrepreneurship and Innovation of National Law University Odisha. LexTech has been striving to inculcate a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship in the university since its inception. The ultimate goal of our Centre is to become the breeding ground for the confluence of law and technology-related innovations and advancements in the 21st Century. About the Guest
With a remarkable career spanning over two decades, Mr. Rajiv Mohapatra is a highly accomplished corporate legal professional, specializing in fintech and banking law. Currently, the Vice President of Global Legal Compliance at Mastercard, sir has had experience in spearheading and managing legal and regulatory issues. He has also practiced litigation in the High Court of Orissa and the Supreme Court of India before moving into corporate legal leadership roles at CitiFinancial, HSBC, and Vodafone M-Pesa.
