About the ALS Webinar

# ALS Webinar | Amity Law School Gurugram is organising a webinar on “Future of Litigation in India and E-Courts”.The need for this issue is clearly in the wake of the situation created due to the coronavirus pandemic, which almost shut the courts in the middle of what happens to be one of the longest sessions between two vacations – Christmas and summer. The object of this Webinar is to emphasize the significance of using modern technology to conduct court proceedings to not only prevent disruption in the justice delivery system but also streamline the future of the Indian judiciary.

With video conferencing and especially e-filing facilities, we can go paperless which will have huge benefits not only from making our office’s paper-free but in turn will have far-reaching environmental benefits also since being humane and not disturbing the ecological balance is one of the biggest challenges. We will discuss many more aspects of the future of litigation in India and E-Courts during this Webinar.
