Speakers

1. Mr. Rahul Donde: Currently a Senior Associate at Levy Kauffman-Kohler, Geneva Mr. Donde completed his L.L.M. in Oil & Gas Laws from Robert Gordon University, Scotland and has an impeccable expertise in disputes relating to utilities, natural resources (water, oil, gas, and renewable energy), commercial (agency, distribution, sales, purchase, services agreements) and corporate laws in different jurisdictions. He is a member of the Advisory Board of the Thailand Arbitration Center and the Center for Advanced Research in Dispute Settlement and his publications cover topics like International Arbitration and Energy Law among others.

Mr. Donde will be bringing along his Research Assistant Mr. Varad Kolhe, currently studying law in his final year from ILS Law College, Pune.

2. Ms. Shreya Ramesh: Ms. Shreya Ramesh is an associate in the London offices of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s International Arbitration and Public International Law Practices. Ms. Ramesh completed her L.L.M. from Harvard Law School in 2017. Also a trained negotiator, Ms. Ramesh’s has a large number of publications in different aspects of Arbitration.
