Memorandum of Association (MoA): MoA is a legal document that defines the scope of activities that a company can undertake. It includes the name of the company, the state where the registered office of the company is located, the objects for which the company is formed, and the liability of the members.
Articles of Association (AoA): AoA is a legal document that lays down the rules and regulations for the internal management of the company. It includes the procedures for holding board meetings, general meetings, and other matters related to the functioning of the company.
Declaration of Compliance: The promoters of the company need to file a declaration of compliance stating that all the requirements of the Companies Act have been complied with while incorporating the company.
Identity and Address Proof of Promoters:
The promoters of the company need to provide their identity proof, such as PAN card, Aadhar card, or passport, and address proof, such as electricity bill or telephone bill, to the RoC.
