About the Book

Since Globalisation, countries around the world have opened their markets for trade and commerce for which Corporate and Commercial laws have displayed effectiveness and efficiency. Corporate and Commercial laws deal with various concepts involving business, commerce, trade, economics and consumer transactions. Commercial Law operates with an extensive perspective of legal impact on business. It is essentially more widespread as compared to Corporate law.

The main concern of Corporate Law is with the activities of a Corporate entity, its organization, administration, and various issues that connect with the management of a Company. The aspects that are concerned with Commercial law generally include contracts, trade law, banking law, taxation and several other areas that are important for a Corporate entity. The book, “Dynamics of Corporate and Commercial Laws” aims to deal with various aspects of Corporate and Commercial Laws that have evolved or transformed with changing times.

Submission Guidelines

Eligibility: The submissions are welcome from academicians, research scholars, professionals as well as anyone having a deep interest in the subject.

Word Limit: The Chapter may be between 3000 to 4000 words including footnotes.

Authors’ Details: Details about the author(s), including qualifications and institutional affiliations, if any, are to be mentioned in the covering letter.

Co-authorship: up to 2 authors permitted.

Plagiarism: Only original and un-plagiarised work needs to be submitted. The plagiarism level must be less than 15%.

Abstract: The Chapter must be accompanied by an abstract of not more than 300 words.

Citation: A uniform mode of citation i.e. Bluebook 19th edition must be followed throughout the work.

Font Details: Times New Roman, Size 12, Line Spacing 1.5, Justified.

Footnotes: Times New Roman, Size 10.

Review: The submissions received would be reviewed by the panel of Editors to determine whether the subject matter is within the scope of the topic and assess the quality of the manuscript.

Publication: The Book will be published by a publisher of repute with ISBN.

Submission: No pdf format shall be entertained. All submissions are to be made via e-mail as MS Word documents at: asresearch.law@gmail.com

Important Date:

All submissions including abstract must be sent on or before 6th June 2021

Publication of the book: July 2021

Publication Charges

There is a participation fee of Rs. 700/- at par for all the contributors such as students, researchers, academicians, law practitioners etc. and the participants are encouraged to participate.

In the case of Co-Author/s, each Co-Author/s is chargeable with the same fee as of Author (i.e. 700/- each).

Payment for publication to be done after the acceptance of the submitted Chapter is communicated to the author.

Note: Each Author with selected paper will be provided with a soft copy of the book as well as an E-Certificate. For those who require a hard copy of the book and certificate of publication, separate charges of Rs.1000 (including postal charges) are to be paid by the contributor.
