SVKM’s Pravin Gandhi College of Law presents a Lecture on ‘Fundamentals of International Taxation.’ The Session shall cover an overview of the principles of International Taxation. It shall endeavour to provide the audience with insights about various tax avoidance strategies adopted by tech giants and the measures taken to combat these strategies by various international organisations.
About the Lecturer
Ms. Dhwani Mainkar, is a lecturer and assistant dean at the Jindal Global Law School, she pursued her graduate studies in law at the Mumbai University and then did her LLM at the Queen Mary University of London, ma’am served as a senior associate at M. Neerav and Association where she was involved in tax litigation, apart from this she is an accomplished lawyer with more than 2 years of experience in legal advisory, indirect taxation, commercial tax litigation, film contracts, bank guarantees etc.
