National High-Speed Rail Corporation Limited (NHSRCL) was incorporated on 12th February 2016 under the Companies Act, 2013 with an object to finance, construct, maintain and manage the High Speed Rail Corridor in India. The Company has been modelled as ‘Special Purpose Vehicle’ in the joint sector with equity participation by Central Government through Ministry of Railways and two State Governments viz. Government of Gujarat and Government of Maharashtra.
The High-Speed Rail (HSR) project apart from being a technological marvel, would afford many quantifiable benefits like saving in travel time, vehicle operation cost, reduction in pollution, job creation, reduction in accidents/ enhanced safety, imported fuel substitution, and reduction in pollutants. The project would also boost the infrastructure and add to the growth of economy. HSR would be an integrated system having overall optimization of various components, viz. Hardware, Software, Human-ware, and their interface, etc.

Five Years, Subject to Exemption from the Rule of Immediate Absorption Beyond 31.12.2023.

Eligibility
Law Officers / Law Assistant from Central Ministries / Central PSU’s / Central Government Departments / Central Autonomous Bodies I Central SPVS / Metro Organizations should be in level-10 /9/8/7 (In 7th Pc) GP-5400/- (In Pb-3 / Pb-2) Or Gp-4800/- Or 46001- (Pre-Revised) In Cda Scale Or In E-3 & Above Grade In IDA Scale.
Essential Qualifications
- LLB from any of the recognized universities/law schools.
- Minimum five years’ work experience as a law officer/law assistant.
Desirable Qualifications
Candidates who have shown an interest in one or more of the following fields will be preferred. This preference can be demonstrated by optional papers taken, publications or any other demonstrable activity/achievement.
- Contract law
- Trade / commercial / business law
- International law
Outstanding Academic Performance
Presentation and Writing Skills of a High Order.
Job Requirements
The official should have experience in handling legal matters, rendering legal opinions, preparation of brief, para-wise comments, briefing of advocates, vetting of legal documents, empanelment of advocates.

Not above 45 years.
