About the Job Opportunity at India LLP
Job Title
Lawyer
Responsibilities
Drafting legal opinions involving banking, payment services, negotiable instruments, securities, security enforcement laws, contracts and company compliances.
Eligibility
- LLB with good academic records.
- LLB with 4-7 years PQE in transaction and advisory (non-litigation) from a law firm.
- Strong experience and industry knowledge in laws related to Banking and Finance.
- Good knowledge and experience relevant acts.
- Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills.
- A natural leader who displays sound judgment and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Skills
- Experience in Debt, general lending, and borrowing, ECBs, various types of security creation, bonds, NCDs, debentures etc.
- Must have a good understanding and working experience in M & A.
- Experience in Documentation related banking finance.
- Experience of working in law firms is mandatory.
