It was co-founded by Arnab Goswami and Rajeev Chandrasekhar, before the latter relinquished his stake in May 2019, leaving Goswami as the majority stakeholder. Chandrasekhar was an independent legislator from the National Democratic Alliance who later joined the Bharatiya Janata Party and Goswami was the former editor-in-chief of Times Now. The venture was funded primarily by Chandrashekhar through his company Asianet News.

News Analyst / Researcher
Responsibilities
- The News Analysis team will be responsible for on-air research for Primetime Debates, election research and other flagship shows of the channel.
- You will be expected to be involved in deep reading and individual analysis into issues ranging from Politics, History, Legal, Sports and Social issues.
- This role will provide unique research opportunities and contextualise the news events of the day for the channel’s flagship shows.
Eligibility
B.A- Political Science, LLB or any legal background
