Applications are open for the role of UltraTech Cement Legal Manager. The selected candidate will be accountable for Managing end-to-end All Litigation activities for the Region for entire Retail Assets (BIL, PIL, STUL, and STSL) as well as digital. The incumbent will be accountable for ensuring 100% adherence to laid out litigation policy, interact with the judiciary, represent ABFL in various courts of law, and timely execution of legal tools to augment collections recovery including notices.
Responsibilities: UltraTech Cement Legal Manager
- To handle date to date cases arising out of various disputes, collection activity in their respective regions.
- To handle arbitration matters and their proceedings and to represent the company before various forums and also the Police Department is required.
- To coordinate with law firms, advocates, and counsels with respect to the litigation for and against the company.
