The Firm’s Corporate Practice Group which comprises its banking finance and M&A/PE practice works with leading banks and financial institutions in all forms of lending transactions and represents both companies and institutional investors in various forms of capital raising, joint ventures, and business alliances.

The Firm’s practice groups are led by young and dynamic professionals who have all worked at large law practices in India and bring their experience and training in building the Firm’s practice areas and our associates. The Firm’s principal office is in Mumbai. They are looking for bright and confident associates with 4-5 years PQE for our, Corporate Practice Group with a focus on Capital Raising Transactions, in the Corporate M&A, PE, and VC space; and separately for our Banking Finance Transaction practice, in the areas of Corporate Lending, Structured Debt, and Insolvency space.
