The ADR Board of V.M Salgaocar College of Law is proud to once again provide students and professionals an opportunity to participate in an Interactive Certification course by way of our KNOWLEDGE SESSIONS.
Knowledge Sessions are training sessions that are conducted for students as well as professionals from all fields. The three-day online course comprising 6 sessions will be held from 18th to 20th February 2021 (17:00 – 19:00 IST) on the Online Platform Zoom. The course provides the opportunity to learn the essential skills and values to become an effective negotiator and a skilled mediator. Experienced and highly qualified International ADR experts will delve into the theoretical aspects of negotiation and mediation as well as provide a hands-on practical experience with role-play simulations.
With the enrollment to these Knowledge Sessions participants are entitled to a Digital Certification on completion of the course as well as an opportunity to view Final Round of Lex Infinitum 2021
Course Syllabus
The syllabus for the course has been carefully selected to ensure that the 6 sessions will provide an overview to Alternative Dispute Resolution.
- Introduction to Negotiation
- Effective communication & Online Mediation Skills
- Information gathering for parties
- Agenda Setting & Opening Statements
- Identifying things that are working and things that are not
- Precautions in drafting a settlement agreement.
Registration Details
The knowledge sessions are open to Students and Professionals in all fields. Applicants are requested to register by filing the google form before the 15th of February 2021. Limited Capacity available, registration on a first-come, first-serve basis.
