About the Webinar: International Legal Studies
The webinar on “Studying LLM in the UK” will be focusing on legal studies abroad. It will be an interactive webinar where the audience will gain insight into the functioning of the legal field along with the success stories of the speaker. The Speaker will be throwing light on how to get admission into premier educational institutions for LLM (Masters).
This will include the application process along with the Recommendations and Statement of Purpose. Speaker will also share the experience of studying in Cambridge and the life there as a student along with the prospective benefits and advantages one gains from graduating from such an institution of excellence.
About the Speaker
Ms Lakshita Handa recently graduated from the University of Cambridge (2020-2021) with a Masters in Law (LLM). She obtained an overall 1st Class in the International Law specialisation and received the E.M. Burnett Prize (Hughes Hall) for meritorious performance.
Previously, she completed her five-year undergraduate course in law i.e., B.A. LLB (Hons.) from National Law University, Punjab in 2020. She is registered as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi.
As a budding legal professional, she has a keen interest in the areas of Dispute Resolution, Intellectual Property Rights law as well as Human Rights law.
