About the Centre

The Centre for Trade and Competition Law was established in the year 2020 in Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar with an aim to promote trade and competition law and to work upon research projects pertaining to issues surrounding the same viz. WTO law, issues of International Trade and Competition Laws. The Centre envisions itself as a nodal point for research and discussion on these issues. The Centre strives to deliver on research outcomes by engaging in extensive research, collaboration with relevant stakeholders in academia, policy and industry, and dissemination of knowledge by means of publications, seminars and conferences.
