This competitive exam is held by the Punjab and Haryana High Court for recruitment for the Civil Judge Junior Division or Judicial Magistrate posts in the cadre of Haryana Civil Service (Judicial Branch). The examination is the entry-level exam for law graduates to become appointed as members of the subordinate judiciary.
